We’ve designed and developed a web based applicant tracking system that allows an organisation what works with children to recruit adult volunteers, in a way that complies with child protection legislative requirements. Using the product an organisation will have complete transparency and understanding of the organisation’s compliance level with the various statutory obligations. The product enables an administrator to recruit volunteers quicker, more easily, and in a data protection compliant fashion. This gives the administrator (usually a volunteer) the confidence to carry out a highly important and critical role using an online system that is intuitive and easy to use – as well as best practice compliant.
